Domains are delivered within 1–6 hours of payment confirmation. Websites take a few days depending on size — we agree the timeline with you before you pay anything.

03The refund promise

If we can't deliver the exact domain you paid for, you get a 100% refund to your bKash or Nagad. If a website project stops before work starts, you get a full refund. If it stops midway, we refund fairly for the work not done.

04Special (premium) names

A few domain names are marked 'premium' worldwide and cost more. If your chosen name is premium, we confirm the real price with you first — you pay the difference or take a full refund. Your choice.

05Your domain is YOURS

The domain is registered for you. If you ever want to move it somewhere else, we hand it over — no drama, no hostage-taking.

06Renewals

We remind you on WhatsApp before your renewal date. If you don't renew, the website and domain pause until you do. We never charge you without asking.
